I have been trying to add a product. I entered 2 websites and uploaded one ducument. It says that the file is in the product, but when I hit submit, it returns with "The AI had a problem learning from the sources provided". I have tried this 4 times and cannot move forward. There is nothing that tells me what the problem is or how to solve it.
There is noone to ask except here. Can you help? Very frustrating as I was so excited to get this software.
