This product was promising and they were responsive in support...but that was months ago during the AppSumo time.
Video tool is completely down and nobody at support, no answers since a long time now!
What can we do? Can AppSumo do something here?
Not fair at all as the site is not down and some other things working but we deserve to know what one of the major tool (I think a lot bought because of it) is now completely down!
Not good for AppSumo either as customers are becoming more and more suspicious before buying a new tool. That is my case anyway...

The monthly shorts generation suddenly stopped working, and the support team has been completely unresponsive—no replies, no solutions, not even a basic acknowledgment. It's incredibly unprofessional and disappointing. How can I request a refund? I deeply regret purchasing a high-tier plan—this has been the worst investment I've made.

The creator and support are ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE on response and even worse fixing problems. The reel creation has stopped working, and they are doing NOTHING about it, except to tell me repeatedly that the information has been shared with the developers, who are doing NOTHING about it. This is my last support email sent, and the response from them. They have done NOTHING to resolve the issue to date..

Support response: The situation is EXACTLY the same, I have no new information from the developers. I have sent the information and am waiting for their reply.

You gave me this EXACT same reply about 3 or 4 days ago and NEVER responded to me about the issue. There needs to be a resolution to this...

I purchased at the "license tier 3" level which includes 100 AI reels per month.

Every month, my genius.ai account stops allowing me to make reels at approximately the 40th reel. I have to contact support every month to fix the problem....and I don't understand why. I've had to reach out to Genius.ai support twice this month, and still haven't heard anything back from them. This is unacceptable.

When I first logged in, I got super excited as the Trending section immediately gave me tons of ideas. I didn't mind that the output wasn't very original cuz at least I had the ideas, then went on to rewrite myself or with the help of other AI.
Now, more than two months in... output is very generic ChatGPT. And while I already knew this, the Trending section is no longer even useful, cuz it's literally STAYED THE SAME since I first logged in. Literally, the exact same videos on the list, all of which I seemed to have gone through a long time ago. These seem to not update at all.
Using the key word search bar for trending vids does nothing. It'll come up with nothing, even though there could be millions of that hashtag.
Video creation is clunky when using your own videos, I've abandoned it altogether. Just stays forever in 'processing' mode after uploading it. And if you're Remixing a b-roll with voiceover, you can record yourself, but then there's no option to directly upload your b-roll video onto that audio, so you need to copy and paste your script, go to the Studio area and create it from scratch there.

Your response here does not answer to my comment, I'm not talking about the video editor/studio, I'm talking about when remixing a video.

Additionally re Trending, you can't open a video in new tab, and every time I got back to the main page, rather than going back to the previous page, it goes back to page 1 of search, and without the right filter I'd already set, so huge time wasting.

I feel like this has got lot of potential, and it has helped me create a bulk of stuff when I started with it, so I'm hoping it'll improve on these, otherwise it's good for starters but then just stops being useful.
