I have been using the system for several days, and there are things I like and things that tarnish my impression of the product and cause me irritation. Initially, I purchased level 2 on AppSumo to try the product in practice. On the same day, I upgraded my subscription to level 3, which offers more capabilities for creating a number of products, graphics, and videos. I’ll start with the positives:
I like the approach to products and the individuality of the author or brand. I appreciate the idea of using a test to determine the voice and style. I like how product creation based on web links is implemented, as well as the completeness of the description of products created by the embedded artificial intelligence. I enjoy the ability to use product data and various marketing approaches when creating posts. I have not seen such an approach in other systems. I value the ability to automate responses to comments on Instagram based on keywords as triggers. I also like the quality of the generated images and the choice of frame orientation. I enjoy the possibility of creating posts and videos in different languages.
Here’s what irritates me:
Despite the fact that I purchased level 3, my account displays level 2 features: fewer image and video generations than I bought. For one day, this information displayed correctly, but the next day everything was mixed up again. I haven't received a response from customer support regarding this issue and I don’t know what it means. I also don’t know how many image and video generations are actually included in my subscription. I tried to create 4 videos. The fourth video had to be regenerated 3 times due to issues with voiceovers and subtitles, and I see that my remaining video count for this month is 24.
The quality of voiceovers in languages other than English is low. Moreover, the subtitles, like the spoken words, are not always translated correctly into the chosen language. In 50% of cases, the English pronunciation variant is retained. I have to run the sound regeneration for each slide, but this doesn't always help. After generating the video, I receive a file that does not match the voiceover and subtitles from the preview. I cannot disable the subtitles—they are still added during the generation of the final file. The option to turn off subtitles simply does not work. All of this leads to the need to regenerate the same file multiple times at the expense of my limits. And even after several attempts at generation, the file may turn out unusable. I also haven't been able to edit the created image using the built-in tools even once. They either do not work, or they work so slowly that I cannot wait for the results.

Because of these issues, I have not yet decided whether to stick with level 3, which does not match the limits, revert back to level 2, or opt-out of this deal. On one hand, there are many benefits for creating content based on products and personal branding, but on the other, there’s confusion with the limits within the level and problems with generating videos in languages other than English. I hope that these issues will be resolved soon because I like this platform.
