How can i contact the makers?
The copilot hasn't been working for weeks and it's the feature I use most and need. Have raised several tickets, emailed and used their helpdesk. Crickets. Does anyone have a contact at Genius or is anyone at Genius looking at these messages?
Updated - I am so frustrated with this. I spent ages upskilling it on my business and it now does nothing in terms of content creation. Requesting a refund, as have had no response from creators and this is not fit for purpose and certainly not lifetime.
