A: Hi there You can put the code you get on as many sites as you like. 1 Contact means you can add 1 number. For example, you would be able to only link your chat box to one mobile number on the WhatsApp feature. If you get 2 contacts, you can link 2 mobile numbers and the visitor can have a choice of choosing which contact to chat to. For example, you may want a contact for "Support" and another for "Sales". Like 5 numbers in 1 website, and on another website we want to use different 5 numbers, Is it for personal websites only ? or we can use this code on client's websites also ? A: Hi there This does not direct users from one medium to another unfortunately. It allows you to set up multiple (or singular) points of contact that your website visitors can use to chat to you.

@dimitriy-briz no - tawk.to will have their own installation instructions and will not be compatible with us.
@ProtectedPrivacy Yes you can modify each one for each website. Unlimited personal and agency and client websites as long as you have an API key.
@klenin sorry this is not a possibility. It is designed solely for websites.
