Q: Is it only for 1 site or unlimited?
What does 1 Contact mean? Only 1 communication channel? Watsap, for example?

You can put the code you get on as many sites as you like. 1 Contact means you can add 1 number. For example, you would be able to only link your chat box to one mobile number on the WhatsApp feature. If you get 2 contacts, you can link 2 mobile numbers and the visitor can have a choice of choosing which contact to chat to. For example, you may want a contact for "Support" and another for "Sales". If client's websites are allowed, then different numbers on each installation should be allowed.
Hi Nick, I see that the mobile option is there. Can I integrate this into my mobile application and re-direct the chat data to my server?
Please answer if this can be integrated into mobile apps like Android & iPhone apps.
@dimitriy-briz no - tawk.to will have their own installation instructions and will not be compatible with us.
@ProtectedPrivacy Yes you can modify each one for each website. Unlimited personal and agency and client websites as long as you have an API key.
@klenin sorry this is not a possibility. It is designed solely for websites.
