I bought Tier 1, started the software and used most of my 100 monthly credits to download this year's invoices and other things recognised by the software as receipts etc. Now I wanted to upload a statement but the system replied ‘Not enough credits (4 available)’. How much credit do I need to upload a bank statement? I didn't find any information on this in the product description and was surprised that the upload costs credits at all, and obviously more than 4.
Uploading a statement consumes credits based on the number of pages and number of transactions that it contains. If it's a long PDF with many transactions that's why it probably needed more than 4 credits.
Thank you for your answer. Do you have a general conversion key (e.g. 1 page = 1 credit)? In my example, the bank statement has 7 pages with a total of 35 posting items. I don't even know whether I will use this function (I wanted to test it first), because I actually reconcile the bank postings with the documents in my Lexware tax software.
Alright, how will the matching process work? It seems that plans are no longer determined solely by the number of invoices per month. Only the Premium features meet the criteria for tier one, aside from the annual invoice limit and email forwarding—which you already mentioned as an additional paid feature.
For AppSumo all plans are still determined by what's on the listing, so the only difference is the number of invoices per month, and the add-on which is not included. There are no limits on connected emails, all accounts are unlimited on that.
Q: API planed in near future to be able to compensate rather limited integrations and payed plan for E-Mail routing?
Hello, I've evaluated get-invoice.com as an alternative invoice solution. While it fetches invoices from portals and emails, the features are limited compared to others. Integrations are narrow, with no direct link to popular platforms like Lexoffice. The cost-benefit ratio is hard to justify with limited automation. Manual export and paid email forwarding are not ideal for automation. My key question: Is there a public API or plans for one in near future? An API would allow custom integrations and add value for advanced users.
Yes, API is planned as well as a long list of integrations like Lexoffice, which are already on the roadmap : https://getinvoice.featurebase.app/roadmap
Thank you for your feedback. Are you referring to https://getinvoice.featurebase.app/en/p/mysql-integration-or-apiwebhook-to-retrieve-data? There are two solution approaches described, when would an external API be available? I think your development is great, but I have to say quite frankly that it currently offers no added value for us without an API
Yes this refers to the first method described in the feature request. We prioritize based on the number of upvotes features have, so in this case the feature still has quite some features in front that we'll have to work on before getting to it.
I'd say that it will take us <6 months until this is live.
Q: Email routing
Is this included for LTD - Email Routing? How about any new features coming? Also MRR?
I completely understand that but email routing why it is not included? It does not cost much money you are just passing emails to another email and it's honestly way cheaper than ani AI API, scraping method etc.
You're totally right that forwarding emails isn't technically expensive. The reason we chose to make it an add-on is because it's a more advanced use case that not every user needs, and it does require ongoing infrastructure, security, and support overhead (especially when scaling across multiple inboxes, domains, and formats)
Thanks for the feedback! We kept email routing separate because we’re focused on keeping the core product clean and sustainable long-term. Not everyone needs routing, and bundling everything into the LTD would’ve meant compromising either on features or support quality.
Appreciate you taking the time. Even if you refund, your feedback helps :)
Q: Plans to Return
Any plans to return? I did not account for bank statements eating alot of credits. I'm hoping to upgrade my purchase.

It's very close to 1 page = 1 credit!
Q: Rebranding
As I cannot activate the product, I am wondering, what plans tiers will be mapped ....if it will be working again?

Jul 14, 2025A: Hey! Thanks for the question
This is a temporary error that we'll solve today with AppSumo. Everything will be working correctly and tiers will be matched correctly too.
Thanks for the patience!

Issue solved on the connection side with AppSumo!

Email routing is not included! It's an add-on on all plans
The big majority of new features will be included (99% of the ones you see on the roadmap), we'll only make new add-ons in very select features

I bought this deal twice and might refund it. 20$ per month is beyond greedy and I got other LTDs for invoicing which include this feature.
