Hi - thanks for the quick reply to my previous question and clarification that the GetInvoice AI only looks at PDFs. I checked my email receipts folder to find that hardly any of the receipts are PDFs with the overwhelming majority being inline in the body content.
1. Does that mean GetInvoice will not be very useful for me currently? 2. Can I get the AI to only look at specific folders such as my receipts folder? This would give me some reassurance that the AI is not scanning all my emails.
A: 1. Currently not. But, this will be available very soon, so then it will be useful to you. 2. No, you can't right now. What you can do is not connecting the email, and just using the forwarding address to forward the emails you want extracted. This way you'll have 100% control on what's shared and what's not.
Hi there - GetInvoice looks really interesting. I'm just a bit confused about email access. I see you say the AI does not have access to emails but only to invoices. How can the AI have access to the invoices without also having access to the all emails in the inbox and also the email body content? Look forward to hearing from you. Many thanks.
1. API planned - great, because it's essential for me 2. What will happen, if some invoices do have more then 3 pages - will they be cut off?!? (then I'm out, because I get invoices with more than 3 pages)
Q: Quickbooks Online
When invoices are scanned, does GetInvoice generate a new expense in Quickbooks, or does it simply attach the invoice to an already existing expense?

It creates an expense (or a bill, as preferred).
Hope this helps.

Jun 3, 2025A: Hey Harry! Thanks for the question :)
Currently on the emails we only look at the PDF attachments.
We are adding the email body support to also extract invoices from there, but this will be optional for users.
Hope this helps :)

Q: Questions
1) Does it have API capabilities?
2) How many pages per invoice does it support?
3) Does it pull the line items as well?

Currently it's up to 3 pages, but we'll change that soon. Then, probably, 1 invoice will not consume 1 credit but more.
