Q: Problem with adding source

Hello,
i bought tier 1 to try and see, if i want to work with it.
I really love this idea and the power of this software.
Unfortunately i cant add my Yahoo-Mail... Everytime i try, it is showing me
"Failed to connect to IMAP Server. Please check your credentials".
How i can fix it?

Please reach out to us via the chat on the website so we can assist you on fixing this. IMAP connection is sometimes tricky depending on the provider, and you have to get all the fields correct so that it can connect correctly.
