Good idea, but unusable due to bugs and lack of support
The idea behind Tailride is good, but unfortunately the product is not usable in its current state.
Not all invoices are being recorded, some invoices are duplicated, and it is not possible to change the domain or adapt the workflow. On top of that, support is almost non existent. I have sent several messages and never received a reply.
For a tool that is supposed to automate and simplify invoicing, these are blocking issues. Without reliable data and basic flexibility, the app cannot be used in a professional environment.
It is a real pity, because the concept has potential, but without fixes and proper support, it is simply not viable.
