Not working and no response regarding issues

The service would solve a lot of my problems. Unfortunately, the team is not delivering.

The promised functionalities are not working. Basis functions, like the central inbox for invoices, are not working. Invoices are not processed.

Wrote 3 messages since mid-November, none were answered until today.

I'm really sorry for the frustrating experience and especially for not responding to your messages. That's absolutely not acceptable, and I take full responsibility.
