I setup all DNS records on the 8th as the docs suggest and have been waiting for the TXT record to finish WL setup but for some strange reason support seems to not be responsive after waiting 20 days.

It does not inspire confidence if support may be required in the future.

Do you have support issues at present? Are you overloaded or is the setup of Whitelabel not possible at this time?
