I have been waiting since 8th November 2022 to get my WL setup completed. I setup all DNS records on the 8th as the docs suggest and have been waiting for the TXT record to finish WL setup but for some strange reason support seems to not be responsive after waiting 20 days. It does not inspire confidence if support may be required in the future. Do you have support issues at present? Are you overloaded or is the setup of Whitelabel not possible at this time?
Hi John, I like the look for the product and have a few questions: 1)As well as a direct embed, can the form be brought up into an mobile friendly overlay - when the user clicks a button? 2)For example on Tier 1 can I set up up 5 'sub accounts' for different clients for different 'sub users' and give them access to their sub account only? 3)Do you intergrate (or plan to) intergrate with any payment gateways? 4)Do you have any plans to intergrate with: a)Konnectzit? b)Pabbly Connect? c)SendinBlue? d)Encharge? Hi John, Love what you and the team have built. Couple questions: - are you planning any other integration tool support such as Albato? - we have a largish number of domains, some being developed but some for sale - would love to have your lead forms on them to help with sales leads for the domains but even Tier 3 only supports 30 domains. Is there a way to bump up the number of domains supported or could their be a Tier 4 with unlimited domains? Thanks!
