I've been using these forms for about two weeks, and they work flawlessly on both desktop and mobile.
What I like about it is the configuration capabilities and ease of use.
They are easily connected to Albato and SendFox if you use those two products because they have integrated WebHooks. Of course, they have other integrations.
When I first loaded the script to my website, I had a question, and John (one of the creators) was quick to respond, and we ended up discussing some additional features I thought would be a good addition. If you require assistance, John is very knowledgeable and helpful.

All I can say is that the product is excellent, and the support is excellent.
