Hi i did email your support and I have had no response? I also find it a bit odd that the product you are selling - you dont actually have in use on your website? Hi, this seemed promising and i'm potentially interested in the agency option if this comes on AS. But it got confusing and wasted a fair bit oi my time as I thought i'd try the free version before buying on AS. i got a message that needed Safari on I phone 11 pro to make a call, turns out even with the call button visible and active it does not connect because calls are not included in the free version, but it says you get 'call history' in the list of features ? maybe that should say 'chat history' or hide the phone icon/button if it is the free version. The users will not understand or care if we are using free version they'll just give up when they can't call. Or do a trial 14 days on your website of the full version so potential clients can see it working properly? I do realise that i can get a 60 day trial with AS though it's one of the first times i have decided to try a product his way, typical :)
Hi, 1. can I embed this using iframe - html, into any type of CMS, any cloud based web builder? 2. Can video recordings be downloaded? What format then? 3. If video recordings can be downloaded, then I can eliminate them from the system, thus resetting the total counter limits to zero following this procedure, is that correct? 4. What is the % commission you paid out to affiliates, and is it recurring for the lifetime of the customer? 5. I am thinking of buying x1 code. How are notifications and emails delivered, if i am not able to use my own email smtp, what do they look like, "[email protected]" or similar? (that´s a big downer if it is, hope you reconsider smtp for 1 code too) Thanks very much.
