Found the application very interesting and useful, so bought Tier3.
Onboarding was fairly easy and creating widgets, users, departments were also breezy. Did not have any problem integrating the widget with my site. The Good Experience ends there.
Only feature that worked well was the widget hiding if no agent is online.
Was never able to make Video Calls, Audio Calls. Text chat was still fine but it took ages to load.
Raised the issue with the support to help me for an important event, they promised but never had any resolution. The video call did work briefly after I spoke to support, but neither the agent nor the customer was able to cut the call. I even got some system messages in Polish and then it again stopped working.
Initially I was willing to stay invested in them waiting for them to fix all the issues, but when even the basic functionality does not work and the support was not able to fix it for 24 hours, I have my own doubts.

If you wrote to support@getlead.page - you have probably already received an answer from us. Without knowing your e-mail address for which you registered the product, we cannot help you.
At this time neither voice nor video is working. On the end of the operator, a window opens but doesn't get filled with content. On the end of the customer, nothing at all happens. After an operator closed a chat (may it be accidental, and I mean just closing the window), the messages of the other person don't restart the conversation. They have no idea the operator doesn't even get notified about them. The notification sound is much, much, much too low compared to the loudness of all other programs.
So at this time, it's just a chat module that has problems. Also, it seems to me the video calls they are trying to do use Jitsi. I would yet have to come across any product where resource-hungry Jitsi works without issues.
The support doesn't respond in their chat.
I hope the company gets their act together.

We've been trying to find a video chat system that is easy to use for us and for the person visiting our website. GetLead is it! It was super easy to setup and with the Wordpress plugin we had it live in less than 10 minutes. We love that we can have real agents on real computers and not stuck on their phones to chat. I would highly recommend this for any business that relies on communication and trust for answering customer questions and making the sale.
