Great Idea, Messed up Implementation
Found the application very interesting and useful, so bought Tier3.
Onboarding was fairly easy and creating widgets, users, departments were also breezy. Did not have any problem integrating the widget with my site. The Good Experience ends there.
Only feature that worked well was the widget hiding if no agent is online.
Was never able to make Video Calls, Audio Calls. Text chat was still fine but it took ages to load.
Raised the issue with the support to help me for an important event, they promised but never had any resolution. The video call did work briefly after I spoke to support, but neither the agent nor the customer was able to cut the call. I even got some system messages in Polish and then it again stopped working.
Initially I was willing to stay invested in them waiting for them to fix all the issues, but when even the basic functionality does not work and the support was not able to fix it for 24 hours, I have my own doubts.
