We use a pool of the most reliable proxy providers, including proxy-seller, ip royal, etc. However, LinkedIn ip identification sometimes doesnt work properly, and when all ip providers identify one country - Linkedin could recognise another one. It happens most likely because they have outdated database of ips/countries.

The thing is the only way to check the country of the proxy defined by linekdin is to log into an account. That's why it's not possible technically to check the thousands of proxies. Proxies as an entity can die from time to time. So it's not a one time job, it's a recurring endless process, which is not possible to set up.

That's why any existing software providers in the world for LinkedIn face the same issues, doesn't matter Expandi or LGM - all tools use the same proxies and LinkedIn might not identify them properly.
