Q: Instagram auto DM and comments reply

Can send an auto DM in response to a comment when a keyword is mentioned, then reply to that comment with for example “done, link in your inbox”.?

Hi there, 1) not sure what "2,000 leads to upload" actually means. Let's say I have 3,000 firstlevel contacts on my LinkedIn accout, I could only manage 2,000 of them with GS? 2) And was does "...leads to UPLOAD" exactly mean? Do I have to upload all my firstlevel contacts? Manually, one by one (I guess not) or by a CSV sheet? Thanks for your answers.
Let's say I have 5 licenses/teams, would it be possible to freely assign the total number of all monthly activities, leads, etc. to the different licenses/teams as needed (similar to cloud storage allocation to teams/users)? Or are the limits per license always fixed, without the possibility of allocation?
