Q: LICENSE VS. TEAM VS. AUTOMATION WORKSPACE
Let's say I purchase 5 additional Tier 2 Licenses, will these licenses be available in my main GetSales account to add 5 additional teams? Is 1 License = 1 Team? Or how do licenses work? Also, if we as an agency give a client access to one certain team, will they be able to access and see everything from our whole agency account (all teams, all other campaigns)?
Also I noticed that the Automation tab has the ability to create workspaces. What's the purpose of these workspaces within a single team? Why are these workspaces located within the Automation tab instead of a global level to manage clients in workspaces?

As part of the AppSumo promotion, we don’t allow grouping AppSumo LTD licenses into one team. We expect our lovely agencies to use the free team provided as a bonus from GetSales and add additional teams to the account using our monthly recurring model (it’s the cheapest and most powerful on the market, I promise!).
Regarding the Automation tab - sorry for the confusion. It’s an old concept, and the “workspaces” there are actually folders for grouping automations. But within the next two months, we’ll be rolling out a HUGE update for automations to make them even more powerful, so please stay tuned!
