Q: Workspace & Chorem Extension

Do you have options for a workspace for multiple accounts? Let's for Tier 3/4 for each account, can we have a different workspace?

Or all the accounts we have to add in place instead of a separate dashboard. Which for sure doesn't make sense.

Also, have quick question about google Chrome extension - when I open it - it shows -

"This extension may soon no longer be supported because it doesn't follow best practices for Chrome extensions."

A: Hey Kamrul, thanks for the question!

1. Chrome Extension. The extension is not use for automation, it's just for saving leads manually.

As for the problem, we monitor the status, it can take a few years before it happens. And it will take a few weeks of development to update it. So now we focus on releasing new useful and vital features, monitoring Chrome situation and ready to shift the focus once the right time comes.

2. The workspaces. Our system is built the way when for each team, or workspace you have to own a license. That's why you can either use tier-4 license and manage all projects and accounts and automations inside. Or buy a couple of tier2 or tier3 licences to for separate teams (if you need to let customers in).

Please, let me know if you have any additional questions ❤️

Hi Peter, If I choose the agency plan (Tier-4), I’m concerned about the lack of separate workspaces. Managing all client/teams accounts, and projects in a single workspace can be quite challenging and less efficient for agencies like ours.

What's your thought on this?

It would be fine. We are about to release a new inbox with better filtration. You can filter leads effectively with the powerful crm and map them with custom variables and tag. You have separate automation folders for the convenience. So many agencies generally use one scale licences to manage all projects.

I think you need to come up with workspace considerations for this. Managing 50-100 accounts would be quite challenging, especially when some clients demand shared access to manage responses and review campaigns. Having everything in one place might not work effectively in this case. Also for the team & inbox manager, we can not give them all account access, where this needs to be segment as well.

I am in the position of taking the Tier 4 plus will contact for the whitelevel, but for the workspace, I am unable to take the decision. Looking forward!
