Q: Does the tool generation invoices based on approved reported time?
Can you create status reports for your clients?

What do you exactly mean by "approved reported time"? Invoices in Getscope are not based on reported time but on active user time. So it's more a cost report for own use not for external use. You can use it in that way. But I would not recommend this.
