Hey Guido_Getscope, I purchased Tier 1, however I am having a challenging time trying to do what I need GetScope to do. I have a 'Project' and within that project I have multiple sub-projects and under each sub-project I have sets of tasks that need to be done and each of those tasks need to be given to multple team members. I see no option where I can set up the main project as I have descibed, nor do I see a place where files can be uploaded for all team members can view collectively and then upload a new version for review and I am not seeing any palce where team members can add comments on a task level. Am I missing something or is this scenario not achiveable? Rusty
Not having the ability to use a custom domain as you can on your website listed plans is a deal breaker as our agency must be able to have our clients use our domain due to whitelisting reasons with the universities, government orgs and other client requirements. Is there any plans of giving us that ability? If not can we pay a nominal one time fee for this feature?
Guido, I bought and activated Tier1 (I have setup some sample projects that I don't mind losing in worst case) ; Thinking of getting Tier 2; just in case as we could easily cross Tier 1; in about a year's time; so what is the best way to upgrade to Tier2? 1. With AppSumo Refund Tier1; Buy Tier2 while the deal is on ( next 45 hours); then change the code in the App; if it allows me to do it in the interface? ( i didnt see an option) or 2. another manual work around? I would also like to know more about your Data Privacy, Security (especially encryption at rest), Segregation of Duties within Dev/Ops, FTE vs contractors etc. within the your firm/startup. We do client projects, and we need to know Vendor's reliability around these aspects, and also in some cases get our client's buy-in before using our tools for their projects.
Hi Guido or Get Scope team, can we add task estimates or create a custom field that allows us to see the expected time budget of a project?
