Virusdie just sold 999 USD packs and they were purchased like crazy, so money doenst seem to be an issue.
For me - as a one man show freelancer I really like what you are offering. Though the pricing structure does not reflect what I need.
I have more than 10 Clients, so the Optimal Plan wont work for me. But since most of them need a support session maybe twice a year its not worth for me to pay 990 USD a year just to have them listed in a contact list for quick connections.
Sometimes a customer calls more than 3 times a day with small 5 minute issues. 3 invites per day and I wouldn't be able to serve more customers on that day. But will I ever need 100 per day? I think not :)
Same is true for branding. Spending 180 usd a year just to have branding removed… I cant justify that.
A LTD that would offer a few more invites per day, with whitelable options would be a killer.
For now I will have to stay with anydesk or Teamviewer.

THANKS - Now you just need to offer it with more than 3 clients a day and more than 10 remote machines in the address book, and I'm sold. So the Optimal or Premium Plan as a LTD.
Take this week for example, today I had 5 Sessions with different clients, over the previous last 3 days I had none. Should I really tell a client that calls in spontaneously to please call back tomorrow and wait for his troubleshooting because he was caller number 4 of the day? I dont see that happening.
Please reconsider the LTD Options or make it stackable.
