Q: Hello, I bought your software yesterday but am finding it more difficult to provide support to my customers with Getscreen.

me than with Anydesk: when I have to provide support to the SAME person, I generate the support link and send it to the customer, and he has to DOWNLOAD AND INSTALL the small program EACH AND EVERY time. This is showing to be frustrating for customers, who were used to only have to download Anydesk once, then if they needed support a few hours later or days later, they would just launch anydesk which was already installed on their computers.

You say on your documentation that there is an AGENT PROGRAM at the following URL (https://getscreen.me/dashboard/es/download), which doesn’t require the installation of the program each and every time. However, when I go to that URL, I am redirected to my getscreen dashboard / Permanent Access and I can’t find it anywhere on that page. Also, I am not sure if this is a software that I have to ask my customers to install ONCE on their computers, or if I have to install it on MY computer to take control of their computer?

Note: I am NOT talking about the permanent access feature, but a way to have Getscreen.me readily available on customer's computers who require support every few days or weeks when they need fast support.

A: Hello, sorry for the long reply.

The agent program can be found at https://getscreen.me/download. Your customers can download the program once and link it to your account. You can then connect to them whenever they ask for it.
