Q: Hi, the main security problem i see is that Getscreen.
me staff has access to all remote agent desktop. Is there a solution for that ?
On another subject : Does an agent change regularly the url to connect ? As there is no password to access, it's quite problematic

Apparently you are talking about the link that is displayed in the agent program. It is a one-time thing and changes every 30 seconds. It is for quick connections when a person is present on both devices.
Permanent access uses different links and a different level of security, in which random people cannot connect with your computers.
