NolfyQ: In Anydesk/Teamviewer i often use the restart Windows action which is very often needed.
When using that I could often pick up the connection again. In some cases if user has Windows password then he/she would need to sign in first.
- Is this function available in Getscreen.me? Or how does this work (like restart - wait for client to get into windows again - send invite again)?
I saw something like admin rights in demo.
- Does this mean you can't perform any admin actions until you ask them for login details from Windows?
For example i often need command line, cmd administrative access. In Demo i saw you can't even used key combo's like [win]+[e] without the action menu.

May 15, 2024A: The function of rebooting a remote system without losing the connection has not yet been implemented. We plan to add this in the future. Right now you have to reconnect manually.
The button to request Administrator rights is needed for cases when the agent is running without these rights. I.e. you can increase your permissions right during connection.
Using the browser imposes some restrictions on the use of hotkeys. For example, we cannot override the Win key in the browser, so that it does not work on the operator's device. But we add some keys, for example instead of Alt+Tab you can use Alt+Q. We will still be improving the keyboard.
