Q: So far I have been using anydesk and TeamViewer.

I have some problem with the logic of Getscreen.me program.

1. option "Fast access" - Why is there such a short time to use the link. By the time I send the link to the client this one is already usually expired.

2. is it possible to establish a connection program to program and not program to browser? In the browser version, among other things, keyboard shortcuts do not work.

3. the usual way we use program like this is to quickly connect to the customer, let the customer into my desktop or connect to an employee. The "Fast access" option expires too quickly and does not allow program to program connections and "Permanent Access" is an option that gives too much privileges.

A: Hello.

1. The quick access option with one-time links is intended for cases when the owner of the remote device himself wants to share access with another person. I.e. when the connection initiative comes from the device owner.

2. Our software is designed so that the operator connects from the browser or from a separate desktop dashboard program. To make the keyboard shortcuts work in the browser use the full screen mode or use the dashboard desktop program. https://getscreen.me/en/download-dashboard/.

3. Try the Quick Support section in personal account or in the dashboard desktop program. There you can create an invitation and send it to the client with no time limit.

1 I would ask you to confirm - there is no way to connect program to program, only browser to program? Is it due to technical requirements or just a choice?

2. So in order to see the client's desktop, he has to register on the site and generate an invitation? This is quite a hassle.

3. I like your program, it has great potential but the current way of connecting desktop to desktop kills the whole project.
Are you considering a change so that you can freely connect to a computer whose number you know? It's kind of a standard on the market (anydesk, teamviewer) - it's very fast and convenient both for us and for unfamiliar customers. I can easily ask the customer to send the number displayed in the program, but if I want to guide him through the procedure of registration and generation of an invitation it already makes things much more difficult.
