We use this product in the office for personal employee connection to our computers in the office once they are out an about.
I have also personally used it for friends, and family when they need some basic troubleshooting with their personal computers.

Our employees are able to connect without any issues, and friends/family are able to get support relatively pain free on their end, and easy.

The only thing I would recommend for the team is to maybe implement some screenshots or something of what the customer would be seeing when they are trying to connect, since I don't really have much of an idea of they are seeing during that time.
