Really really interesting product comparable to Teamviewer with the beauty of being completely managed from he browser. Considering that Teamviewer's license only allows for personal use for the free plan and has a $50+ monthly charge for the cheapest tier of the commercial license, this is extremely worth it if you consider that you may use remote access software for any commercial reasons. My only gripe is that 5 remote support connections per day on the lowest tier of the plan seems a little low as some people who buy this deal may hardly use it most days but may need to do a few connections on one day, even having just 10 or changing the limit to 25 per week would be a huge improvement. Hope that this can be considered for review.
