Getscreen.me is easy to use and setup
I provide remote IT support to clients across the U.S. I've primarily been using Zoom's capability for screen sharing and taking control of my client's mouse and keyboard. Zoom has a lot of limitations that made this a poor method of providing support.
I saw Getscreen.me here on AppSumo when it was first listed. It seemed like an intriguing product, but the limits didn't make sense for my business so I passed on it.
I came back to it months later. I saw that the team offered the ability to stack codes for higher limits and branding. Now the offering made sense. I pulled the trigger on three codes.
After setting up my branding, which was very intuitive, I had a remote session with a client a couple of days later to test Getscreen.me out. It worked very well. The end user was able to connect me without any trouble (and they are not good with computers). Also, my session was recorded so I could go back and review what I did later if need be. It all worked really well without any grief. You can't ask for more than that.
I just found out today that the Getscreen.me team recently released the teams functionality. I tested it out today. It was really intuitive to setup my team, add members, and limit which permanent access computers they can remote into. So far, I'm impressed.
I've purchased a lot of AppSumo marketplace deals, but most of them have not felt ready for prime time. Getscreen.me feels like it should be an AppSumo Select product, not a marketplace deal. Getscreen.me is ready for production use. It feels polished and just works.
