Great remote software but needs iOS remote support!

Everything about this software is great except it needs to have iOS iPhone iPad remote support available. Many customers have iOS phones & I have to use Anydesk or other apps for this still. This would be great if it had it but I knew it had no iOS when I bought it back in Oct 2022 so rating it based on the features they advertised. They said it was on the roadmap but they still have no ETA date just 'coming soon'.

Use it to remote machines around the world quite frequently and works well from the USA to EU, USA to South America, desktop to Android mobile, and Android mobile to desktop. They seem to answer questions normally in 1-2 days if you send an email to support. A kind of odd help desk SAAS system as there is no centralized ticket system for customers to log in & view tickets or see past history but that is no big deal. The cost is great as you can toss out your teamviewer and put this in place of it, as it is great for both personal & business use. Browser remote works well, use it more than the desktop app. Connection history is good to prove to anyone how long sessions were. It would be great if you could break up your team into 2 completely different organizations if you run separate companies for support, with 2 admin owners so if you have say 20 members you can do 10 for 1 org domain & 10 for another org domain, just my 2 cents.

Have been using it for over 6 months, only 2x had a lagging connection but overall 95% of the time it's a solid reliable remote session. Would be great if they had an uptime website you can go to to see if there were any interruptions of service or issues on their servers impacting users. But for a $99 lifetime it's definitely worth its price & has a great ROI just as long as the company stays in business for a while, so wanted to put my honest review in case you were on the fence.
