I love this product. You can easily offer lifetime support to clients by pointing them to a link. Make it easier as a developer to offer support.

I plan on using this product a lot to help out clients when they report an incident / defect / bug. I can easily offer a way to get more information from them without asking them to download anything. It's hard trying to request time from clients to install any software like Team Viewer. This is a life saver!
