Updated Review: Some issues when using professionally but it's a 5 tacos deal

I have been providing online support to many customers for over 15 years and when I saw this offer I thought it would be a good idea to stack 3 or 4 codes. I tried a trial version with 1 computer and it worked fine, so I decided to buy. However, when I started to set up the permanent access for my clients some things did not work as I expected

1.- I have found many failures when connecting to the clients. For example I connect now and everything works fine, but 5 minutes later the connection is impossible or the connection is cut after 20 minutes. On my side I have a very stable connection with 2 Gigas of bandwidth with which I have never had any problems with other remote control tools like Teamviewer, Supremo or Anydesk. I finally found the problem myself and now everything works PERFECT! the connections are 100% stable!

2.- Despite having stacked 3 codes, the black screen option does not work on many computers where it works with Teamviewer (for example). I think there must be some kind of incompatibility with many video drivers or some other problem but actually this option is not available when installing the agent on many computers. They should fix this

3.- It is impossible to protect the Agent configuration for permanent connection with password and any user can open and change the options. This is dangerous because it can limit a lot the usage. This is something that should be added

4.- There is no chat before or after the connection. This seems to be a feature that will come someday in the future, but at the moment it does not exist. It is very useful to ask for authorization without relying on other means or to leave a message with instructions or a report at the end of the connection. Again, something that is missing compared to the competition.

5.- There are other minor problems like for example it does not show a message indicating that all files have been uploaded and when you upload a folder with 20-30 files you do not know exactly when it is finished or at least there is no message informing about it. They should include a popup or a message that informs me when all the files have been uploaded to the agent computer.

As you can see there are still problems and there is room for improvement but still, the service is excellent (the best in years) and includes multiple languages (finally someone includes full support for Spanish and other important languages). All in all, I change my evaluation and now deliver 5 delicious tacos, although I hope they continue to improve and listen to suggestions.
