Q: Great tool, but missing a way for clients to create their policies.
As title implies, as Agency owners, we would want our client to fill in their information and accept to terms nby their own hand to limit liability. A year ago, we chatted, and you guys mentioned this was on the roadmap, but not a high priority. Has this changed?
Hi Carlos_Thoughtly, yes this has been on our radar for some time. We understand how useful it would be and is now a priority for us. It is next up on our roadmap https://getterms.featurebase.app/roadmap
Thanks
Q: Auto-Updating Privacy Policy?
I wanted to know if these auto-update based on any changes within the industry they are for? Some other generators (Termaggedon?) automatically update based on any compliance changes in the industry.
A: Hi Canvas, yes we update our policies over time. We have both auto updates for minor changes, and manual updates when new features/terms are available (they are shown in your account).
A: Are you referring to the optional persistent icon once the banner is closed? We will consider this in future, sure. In the meantime, you should be able to target and update it with CSS.
No problem, we'll consider it for future. Also worth noting, you can trigger the preferences to show again using a custom attribute, so you could technically link anything to show the cookie preferences dialog :)
that's a neat trick but a little overcomplex compared to a simple icon upload :P I was trying to target via CSS but it seem i'm missing the css for some reason...any docs about proper css targeting for the elements?
Q: stacking for old customers
I have the 2021 deal, and would like to go highest tier. Can i still use my account?

Q: Do you have futures sub-account and workspaces ?
Now do you have futures sub-account and separate workspaces for each website, if I want my clients to access and manage their own websites?

Q: Custom Cookie Icon
HI,
is it possible to set one or at least have some options on its design?
Thanks!

Yes, that's the one! Can be CSS modified in terms of colour and padding etc but not swapped.

Yes, appreciate that but just trying to find a solution for you in the near term. You should be able to target the class "gt-cookie-reopen-btn".
