Q: Clarification on impression limits for "Cookie consent widget with analytics" in Tier 5
Hi Team,
I’ve just purchased the Tier 5 license, and while reviewing the included features, I noticed that the "Cookie consent widget with analytics" displays a tooltip saying "500.00 impressions per website."
This seems surprisingly low for a Tier 5 plan, and I’d like to confirm whether this figure is accurate. Is it a monthly limit, a total cap per domain, or possibly just a display error?
If the impression cap is indeed that low, I would need to consider requesting a refund, as such a limitation would not meet our needs or expectations for this plan level.
No, I don't consider it low at all, quite the opposite. I just wasn’t sure how to interpret the number at first.
The tooltip showed "500,00", which from a Spanish perspective (where the comma is the decimal separator) reads as "five hundred". Also, there was no clear mention that it referred to per domain.
That’s why I asked, not to criticize, just to clarify.
It would be great if this information were more clearly stated on the AppSumo page, as it's quite an important detail when evaluating the plan.
Thanks again for your help.
Best regards,
Q: Upgrade when deal is over
Hi! Is it possible to upgrade in getterms dashboard or by contacting get Terms support to an higher lifetime plan while the deal on appsumo is ended? Thanks!
Per AppSumo rules, you can only upgrade a plan while it’s active on AppSumo. I *think* you maybe able to downgrade plans after the deal closes, but I’m not sure. You always have 60 days to refund.
Q: Direct client login/access
Hi Jay,
Following up on a question from last year - does the platform offer client direct access to update policies. i.e can I set up a client user account and give that client user account login access to their policies via a folder or workspace (or something similar)?
I'm not talking about white label - just the ability for a client to edit their policies.
If this is available now - which tiers is it avaiable on?
Q: Language support
Could you please provide a more specific plan for supporting more languages?
When should we expect it to be delivered?
and for which languages?
Thanks

You consider 500,000 impressions per month per website on an unlimited site LTD “low”?

I don't know what tiers it will be available on, but I think they've said client access should be Q3 this year.
