welcome back. I'm about to go to the last tier. I still have the following questions. 1. what is the new ‘Personal’ section? Can I use it to grant my customers their own access?
2. do you not send update mails about news? I have never received an email since I joined you. "Keep me updated with product updates, news and offers." is activated for me and my mail is correct. I also check my spam mails every day, but there has never been anything there either.

This isn't new, its likely just more obvious in the new UI. This is for packs purchased via Credit Card, not via Appsumo or our Partner Program.
2. We have sent emails in the past but not so much recently. We have been focused on product development and not on our ongoing marketing. This will change soon, we have recently integrated a new platform and intend to send out more regular emails to customers with updates on the product.
