Purchased a few licenses back in 2021 and got a simple link to access our account and license. This year, we have a dashboard with Client Access and other features that complete our privacy compliance requirements. A great product is only as good as its support and they responded within a couple of hours. 5-tier tacos for excellence.

Simple, ideal, and convenient to be compliant in a few minutes. Honestly, I was paying almost the same price yearly for another tool that included 3 sites in the subscription, and it was difficult to configure (took me around a week). Let's be honest that GDPR tools are incredibly expensive, but this deal is fair enough for most small to medium-sized companies and/or agencies.

It still lacks some features, but the team is actively working on it.

This is a really good product. The cookie consent banner alone is worth the price. Support is really good. Have been using it for a while and it is reliable, customisable, and a lot better than other cookie consent banner options out there. Plus they changed it to be unlimited views. Upgraded to Tier 5 for unlimited websites.

I bought this yesterday and within an hour had the policies embedded on my website. Now all I have to do if anything changes is make sure the policy itself gets updated. It'll keep the current copy on my website without further effort. So nice to pay once and know I'm covered. Peace of mind is the best part, but getting the policies in place to pass A2P inspection gives me a daily reminder of my gratitude.

I had a bumpy ride to install as I am new learning navigating Google Tag Manager, but I finally was able to complete the set-up and the banner is working well on my site now. I emailed the team for support with a couple of questions - I did received an answer and waiting on a couple of more answers related to the policy options. The product is solid and they have invested time in putting documentation, videos, etc. There is no perfect product out there and I honestly encountered minor issues related to my lack of knowledge on the connecting parts between Google, my site, etc. In the end I was able to connect it. So, I am happy so far with the product. I also have to acknowledge that there could be a wait in time for responses as the company is in Australia and I am in the USA time difference is a bit. I am going to be vias here. Love the fact that this company is Aussie based for personal reasons. I am glad I chose this product. The banner is working with no issues at all so far. Thank you.
