The company has been quick to respond to support questions and their UI is very straightforward and user friendly. In fact, the few clients that I've had a chance to use this with so far have messaged me unprompted asking if we can continue to use GetTerms on all of their projects moving forward due to how much faster it is to set everything up compared to other tools out there that we've used before.

Additionally, despite having backed this offering in a previous round on AppSumo, the offering I purchased continues to improve at no extra charge (which imho is a great testament to the kind of company behind this product). As an example, the view limits have been raised from 50,000 to unlimited on my account at no extra cost without my even asking. And recently they rolled out the ability to invite clients to edit and manage their settings themselves which has streamlined the whole process even further just to name a couple things.

So as far as the company and the experience I really can't say enough good things about them. I'm trusting that their documents are as high quality as the user experience and the company themselves are (but I'm not a lawyer and honestly I hope I never have to actually find out). The way I figure it though it's better than not having any policies, it's cheaper than the competition thanks to AppSumo, it's easier to use, faster to set up and my clients all love it. Win-Win. This is probably my favorite purchase on this platform to date.
