Not for business use - at least in France
I was pretty excited to start using and managing policies using GetTerms, but 2 days after buying 2, I have asked for a full refund.
It does not work for websites and apps in France. The French translation is poor, I had to read several times all policies and it toon tiles and not so easy to update manually.
Moreover, we're missing legal docs such as Mentions Légales (mandatory for any Web site/app in France) , CGU/CGV.. It will be more rapid and easy to ask any LLM to generate top-notch docs in markdown or html.
2 tacos instead of zero or 1, mainly because it may be useful for other countries.

Oct 14, 2025Hi Jean,
Thanks for your review and feedback, we’re always looking to improve.
Re: French translations – This is the first complaint we’ve received so I’d like to look into this straight away - our translations are undertaken by legal translators. Would you be open to sharing your feedback to support@getterms.io?
Re: Mentions Légales – I’m sorry to hear you were disappointed that we didn’t include this document, but we’ve never advertised that we did provide it on AppSumo or our website. If it wasn’t clear, our core service is data privacy and protection compliance. I encourage you to suggest it on our roadmap: getterms.featurebase.app/roadmap.
We hope you may reconsider your review, given the legal document you are after isn't something we have promoted or offered at any time.
