I've used it on WordPress and non-WordPress websites. It takes very little time to set up and implement a new website, and once done, it's set and forget.

I don't think I've ever had an email from the team after the initial sign-up.It's nice not to be bombarded with emails all the time, but it would be good to hear from them when they roll out something new (e.g. the new UI I discovered last time I logged in).
