GhostVolt does not require Office to be installed on your computer/server.

GhostVolt Solo will not work for the scenario you describe as this edition is intended for single user use only.

Our business edition, GhostVolt Business, will work perfectly for you. With GhostVolt business, you install to your server and all your users connect via their computers (via RDP in your case). The business edition allows you to set user privileges, grant access to files and folders, assign roles, audit reporting etc..

Unfortunately, GhostVolt business is not currently available on AppSumo (we're working on the offer now). However, you could still take the business edition for a free 30 day, no obligation trial to see if if fits you and your working environment.
