Disappointed couldn't use because Software only Activated on Appsumo but not on Gini company server side which resulted to not accessing the software or my account to use code
I acutally purchased this software and activated it. My problem is that it was showing activated on Appsumo but the company was saying that they did't have me on record. for the last 6 months appsumo has been trying to troubleshoot to get me access but no luck.
I reached out to GINI customer support and i was told
that they would assist me in getting everything resolved.
Then on July 13 2023 i recieved this message from Gini Support
Hi Mara,
Unfortunately the app sumo activation grace period ended recently (after 6 months) and we took down the API's that supported new app sumo users.
Then the next day July 14 i recieved another message from Gini support please read below:
Hi Gini Support Team,
I wanted to follow up with you regarding the concern I mentioned on July 10. Our mutual customer let us know that they were having some trouble with their product (KEY:49ea8dc1-4d6d-485a-a87b-effb51835e1e) and we'd love to be able to assist them.
I'll keep an eye out for your response to help as needed!

Though I was told that I would recieved help, I really haven't had any help or solution from Gini.co to get access to my account or a solution to getting the problem resolved.
If I could put no tacos... I would
