Girafi Reviews

I was attracted to 5 Tacos reviews with this service. It is a good alternative but needs a lot of improvement. It has an inbuilt wordpress plugin but Integration is not solid. Limited options. Here are few points I noted.

1) You can't auto generate reward coupons directly from the wordpress when someone qualifies for a discount.
2) Sometime it doesn't pop up on website. I tried multiple times on many different interfaces. (Mobile, Laptop, Ipad etc.)
3) Embedded option is not working 100%.
4) There is no just widget option.
5) You can not generate multiple referral programs of different type on one website.
6) You can not monitor stats directly from Wordpress interface, you have to go to girafi website to track the stats.
7) You can't add tems and condition options within the pop up.
8) you don't have a full control to design the Pop ups. (eg. Background colour, Shape, emojies, font styles etc.)

There might be a few more to include. But I found I was looking these main features which I didn't find or may be hiding from my eye even after I tested too many times.

Hopefully I would find what I am looking for on Appsumo in nearest future. Or hopefully, Girafi will be become solid and feature rich so I can't resist myself from keeping it. Fingers Cross!

Bought it - went to the trouble of setting up a couple of campaigns for my woocommerce store.
There referral codes just send new visitors to the same referral sign up page. Not to go shopping and get the discount.
Tried to seek support but their emails bounced to mat@, hello@ and hi@
Seems to be broken and basically dead.

Had to refund as it fundamentally doesn't do what it is supposed to, with no support.

Girafi has a lot of potential as an eComm referral tool. We've tested out a few referral software options and they all have various challenges & are often quite costly. Girafi too has some glitches/challenges, but the core functionality is quite good and, better yet, Mat from Girafi has been incredibly responsive to minor issues we found in the platform. Each time, he's responded quickly and put together a plan to fix it. I have no doubt that this program will continue to improve over time. However, let me just make sure that this is clear - the platform as-is currently WORKS and is usable. All of the updates/revisions that I'm speaking about are bonuses, but the tool is fully functional and we've started using it with our ecomm audiences. I def recommend this one while you can still get it at this price.

I was pleasantly surprised with the simplicity of this great tool. In fact, I had very little expectation for this. I immediately put this to test and was on a chat with Mat who is not only very responsive, but also lightening fast in implementing changes I suggested.
Almost everything I asked or suggested was done within 24 hours.
My use case is to be able to give out unique coupon codes my visitors could use to purchase my products on Amazon. It is important that the code is a one time use for one customer as it would be risky to give out one code which can put my account at risk.
Exactly what I was looking for.
When this blows up big, I don't see why it won't be a big hit as a featured deal. Thank you Mat. I would love to know of your future plans. Is there a roadmap?
