Q: non refundable product. Compliance with consumer protection acts.
Why is it non refundable? Are you not.confident in your product? I am in Canada. All purchases can be returned. Appsumo must re-consider it's policies to ensure compliance with global consumer laws. Not buying it only for this reaason.

Dec 23, 2024A: Thank you for your message. We understand your concerns regarding our refund policy. In the past, we did offer refunds; however, we encountered issues with customers misusing this feature.
As a provider of design resources, once users download our assets and store them on their computers, they can use them indefinitely. Unfortunately, some customers would purchase our products, download all the resources, and then request a refund, which puts us at a disadvantage.
We hope you can understand our position on this matter. Thank you for your understanding.
