The Yoga Education in Prisons Trust is registered charitable trust which provides yoga and meditation education for prisoners, in prisons in New Zealand.

Prisoners are taught practices to help calm anxiety, depression and stress, and to make a positive change in their lives. One of the ways I support Yoga in Prisons is by being their volunteer web developer and by promoting what they do through New Zealand.
