Q: Is it possible to disable the requirement for the user to enter an email adress when supporting a bug ?
I plan to use Gleap in local scenarios (internal projects) to allow my coworkers to quickly file a report but always having to enter an e-mail is somewhat frustrating.
Will there be an option to allow anonymous reports without an email?

Thanks for reaching out. Yes, it is totally possible to disable the email field. Simply go to the settings > feedback flows > choose the respective flow > disable the "collect email address" toggle. This also means that the user is then anonymous. As a consequence, you can however not communicate with your users, which is why we do not recommend turning the email field off.
Hope this helps.
