Technically you have almost everything. But it might need some small modifications:
- custom wording, different categories (bug, change request, feature request). Every category can trigger a different workflow...
- an option that some features are hidden and only turned on for specific users (maybe triggered by a specific URL parameter) or a login function (or a chrome extension which customers can install)
- it would be great if the system is flexible concerning "screenshots". Example: some visitors want to use a screenshot also for "feature request", not only pure text.

In the first step it will be a simple live chat to chat with your users. We are however definitely planning to turn it into a "cleverer" chatbot. To do that we will first implement the live chat and then listen to user feedback as we move forward.

Thanks for your questions.
1 - You can completely customize our wordings in our feedback flows and trigger different workflows for different feedback types. So this is totally possible.
2 - You can create a specific bug reporting flow, which you custom trigger on a set URL.
3 - This is flexible. We’ve disabled the screenshot feature for our feature requests by default but you can enable it with a toggle in your widget settings.

that sounds all awesome. Reading through the questions I noted, that you want to implement a chat feature. I was wondering now who gonna chat with who. Will it be like a kind of "simple chat" where our customer can chat with us to discuss ex. about a bug report. or it will be a complex chat solution like intercom, where the visitor can chat with AI or a specified helpdesk.
