Best customer interaction tool

This tool is even better than the most expensive customer support and CRM tools. I tried Zendesk and Hubspot. But this tool really solved all our problems. It is cross-platform, and it solved our support problem and feature requests directly. It was also customized to create custom interactions (e.g. reward redemption, following up sales lead) with customers and even allows collecting survey results. I should have bought 10 lifetimes licenses just in case :D Literally the best SAAS I tried so far, this guys will be a unicorn no doubt! All the best luck!

Gleap has bugs and their team is unresponsive

So...
Like many here i was very impressed by the terms of the offer, and purchased a license.
Gleap is easy to integrate and the feature set is exactly what's needed to streamline bug hunting and fixing.

So why the low rating?
Because the screenshot functionality in Gleap is buggy as heck - The areas that are demarcated for screenshots, are not the areas that are actually captured, causing more trouble than working with multiple disparate tools.

This issue by itself wouldn't necessarily warrant the lowest taco rating possible - It's the fact that we've reached out to team Gleap via email about this issue, and haven't gotten any responses - That's much harder to accept...

Hopefully we hear back from y'all soon :)

My review of gleap

I took my time to test gleap and also looked at similar tools to see how it compared. Overall I would say gleap has the best interface and usability of them all including much more mature products. If the design stays this intuitive after new features are added the usability is a big success point. Ultimately I only have two concerns about the product. One of those concerns will not bother many users and that is what data gleap is able to view from sites that install their javascript code on. I'd like the option of limiting this to only essential data to process the "bug report", "the chat", "the message". I'm not entirely sure what gleap get and the data policies were a long read.

My only other concern is longevity. Will gleap be here in a decade? I think they are using azure benefits that will run out and lead to a substantial increase in overheads over night. This is something that I am somewhat insecure about and makes me hesitate when it comes to rolling out gleap across my organisation.

The occassional limits in areas such as customisation seem fare and reasonable and as I said, if I was doing a shoot out among similar products gleap would be at the top perhaps even in first place.
