Leap to Gleap
This is no MVP nor half-baked product, instead it’s a MATURE and well thought out product with a responsive support team. The product offers really great features there are so many to identify and product works smoothly, no bugs. What I like the most are:
• Kanban board style management system
• Made for developers but heck as a project manager and operations manager I am in love because its highly collaborative.
• Transparency as user actions are tracked and visible within the system
• Project workspaces
• Comes with a shared support email box!!! So your team can manage email requests from one central location in Gleap when communicating with clients and others via email so nothing is missed and everything is tracked.
• Highly customizable ability to fully change forms and flows
• Shareable product roadmap board that can embed in your website
• Great limits for agencies with many clients if you are full stacking like me.
• Out of the box the solution widget support a lot of popular app connections
• Major integrations to send data to other apps. Currently I send my data to Microsoft Teams
• Ability to get user feedback via mobile apps
• Live chat is coming soon
• Email domain settings at project level is coming
• Includes language translations
• They have a dashboard so looking forward to more key performance indicators.
Some items I will like to see:
• Export feature to support PDF and excel as json is not good for non-techies
• Form completion preview option in the backend, I can see a preview of the form but can’t complete a test before I make it live
• Emails be sent to the original sender for closed conversations similar to how emails are automatically sent for open conversations
• Ability to copy a project so all my widget and flow configuration can be transferred. Making it easier to setup another project that is similar.
• Ability for the guest to see live inputs to the shared board instantly. Item “under review” don’t appear on the shared board for guests
• When the live chat feature is available, there can be a PWA or mobile app so my support team can be alerted instantly via alerts.
