After the latest update, the most crucial feature — "Exclude saved influencers" — completely stopped working. This made the entire service useless, as the search results are now flooded with creators I’ve already saved, making the app impossible to use for outreach.

I reached out to their customer support multiple times, including email and social media. No response. No fix. No acknowledgment. Just silence.

It feels like they pushed an update without testing, broke core functionality, and then ghosted their paying users. At this point, it’s hard not to call it a scam. Avoid this platform unless you want to waste time and money.

The platform has improved a lot since launch on AS. Great investment!

I was going to leave a review after diving in for a bit, but I wanted to give the team a chance to respond. The issue that I have already contacted them about was fixed withing a day, and I see that they have made other improvements that I was about to mention. Going to take it for another spin, but based on how responsive the team is, and the breadth of the database, it is 5 stars for me. There were a few usability items that I was going to bring up, but I see that one of them, a folder system, has already been resolved. Hopefully, we can also now select more influencers at a time as well.

I’ve had a really positive experience with Gleemo so far, and I’m thrilled with what it offers! The database is absolutely massive— with influencers across platforms like Instagram, YouTube, Amazon, and TikTok—which makes it a goldmine for finding the right creators for my campaign.

My campaign requires finding Tiktok influencers and so far it's been a breeze to find their email addresses using the platform. I have had more luck emailing creators then contacting them through tiktok.

The platform’s interface is intuitive, and save me so much time vetting potential partners. It’s clear the team put a lot of thought into making this a streamlined tool for marketers. I started on a lower tier, but I’m already planning to upgrade to Tier 3 because the value is just too good to pass up. If you don't plan to be a power user, a lower tier plan will do since it's quite generous.

If you’re serious about influencer marketing, Gleemo is a no-brainer—especially at this lifetime deal price.

I'm 50-50 on this software at the moment. Firstly the results aren't that accurate wether you are searching with hashtags or full words. The saved list function leaves a lot to be desired. All the results go into one list broken down into social media platform. What if you want to save a few different types of influencers? You have delete your saved list (one by one) and start again. Not great. The interests menu has nothing on books/reading which is a massive influencer market on tiktok (#booktok) They have improvements planned soon so I'll be watching that closely before making a final decision on wether to keep this.
